"Reputation" and "Thanks" plugin enabled

Dear members,

To meet the following,

1. easy maintenance of the threads,
2. saving the members' time by avoiding the need to type "thanks" all the time to encourage the poster of the thread, and
3. to give power to members to "repute" the good poster,

"Reputation" and "Thanks" plugin has been enabled in the forum.

Below every post, you can see a "star" add-on using which, you can either approve or disapprove the post along with a customized comment. This would get reflected in the reputation of the poster.

Dear Members,

Please start using the "Thanks" button,this should help us to maintain quality in the posts

1) Lets not populate the posts with 'THanks' threads,instead use this feature.
2)Lets appreciate original and innovative contents with 'repute' feature.

Our aim is to keep up the quality of the posts and already active members are doing a gud job.
